Twenty‑three runners from Primary 4, Primary 5 and Primary 6 proudly represented our school at the cross country event hosted by Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, Greencastle. This event was a true highlight of the cross country season and a fantastic way to bring the season to a close.
The children showed great enthusiasm, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the day, with really impressive running from every participant. We were especially proud of Therese, who achieved an excellent 2nd place in the Primary 5 girls’ race, showing great power and determination. Congratulations also go to Enda, who delivered a brilliant performance to win the boys’ fun run.
It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all, and the children should be very proud of their efforts and achievements. Sincere thanks to the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes P.S., and to the McCullagh family, for hosting such a well‑organised event and for their warm hospitality.
