Exploring “All Creatures Great and Small” in Primary 2
Our Primary 2 pupils have been busy exploring the fascinating topic of “All Creatures Great and Small”, a theme that has sparked great curiosity and excitement in the classroom.
As part of their learning, the children have been discovering animals from all around the world, with a special focus on creatures that inhabit rainforest regions. They have explored a wide variety of topics including animal habitats, camouflage, and the importance of different environments in supporting wildlife.
The class also investigated the concepts of light and dark, using their knowledge to create shadows and understand how animals use light and shade for survival. Through hands-on activities, stories, experiments, and research, the pupils have gathered many interesting facts and developed a deeper appreciation for the diversity of life on Earth.
The topic has truly come to life through creative art projects, interactive lessons, and enthusiastic discussions. Well done to all our budding scientists and explorers in Primary 2
