Congratulations to all our Primary 7 pupils who celebrated the beautiful Ceremony of Commitment and Light this evening as they continue their preparation for Confirmation.
The children represented themselves and our school wonderfully throughout the ceremony. Their participation in the readings, singing, bringing up the gifts, and confidently saying their Confirmation pledge was truly impressive. We are extremely proud of each and every one of them.
A sincere thank you to Fr Peter for leading such a meaningful celebration, to Mary Conway for ensuring the church looked so beautiful, and to the musicians and choir of St Mary’s Church for enhancing the Mass so wonderfully. It was especially lovely to have some of our P7 parents involved in the choir on the night.
We now look forward to celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday 6th June.
