We celebrated Happy Healthy Minds' Day by proudly wearing yellow to support the #HelloYellow campaign, raising awareness for children’s mental health through the Young Minds initiative.
The day was filled with thoughtful and engaging activities to promote wellbeing, including autumn walks, Nurture in 5 strategies, mindful colouring, and open conversations about feelings. Pupils explored ways to care for their mental health while enjoying time together in a calm and supportive environment.
To make the day even sweeter, everyone enjoyed a little biscuit treat — a simple moment of joy shared across the school.
It was a wonderful reminder that looking after our minds is just as important as looking after our bodies — and that small acts of kindness and connection can make a big difference.
