Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind Week

This week at St Teresa’s, pupils and staff focused on the importance of caring for both body and mind during Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind Week. Throughout the week, wellbeing was promoted through daily walks, yoga sessions, regular exercise, and discussions around making healthy food choices.
All children were also treated to a free healthy snack, reinforcing the message that nourishing our bodies helps support our overall wellbeing. A sincere thank you goes to the Student Council and Mrs Devlin for preparing and organising the wonderful spread enjoyed by everyone.
By taking small daily steps to look after our physical and mental health, we continue to build healthy habits that support learning, happiness, and a positive school environment.
