As part of Happy Healthy Me Week, our Primary 2 children took part in a Nurture in 5 lesson all about working together and taking care of ourselves. We talked about how looking after our own bodies and feelings helps us to be kind and helpful to others. The children enjoyed joining in with activities, sharing ideas, and showing great teamwork. We were very proud to see them learning how caring for themselves helps them care for their friends too.
