Primary 4 have been learning all about 2D shapes through a mix of hands‑on and outdoor activities. The children searched for shapes around the classroom and then took their learning outside on a shape hunt, spotting real‑life examples in the environment.
Back in class, pupils worked on labelling properties such as sides, vertices and angles. They also sorted 2D shapes into different categories and completed 2D shape challenge cards to apply their knowledge and problem‑solve.
