Our P4 pupils took part in some fantastic activities for Protect Our Planet Day. Working in groups, they sorted actions that are good and bad for the environment – like turning off lights when they’re not needed and reducing waste.
They also joined an exciting online event, POP to the Poles, where real polar explorers shared their experiences of working in the Arctic regions. The explorers spoke about how global warming is affecting these fragile environments and why it’s so important for all of us to take action.
Well done to P4 for showing such great interest and enthusiasm in helping protect our planet! 🌍❄️
