P2 have been busy learning all about 3D shapes. As part of their learning, the children went on an exciting shape hunt around the mud kitchen, identifying and naming different 3D shapes they could find in their environment.
They explored the properties of 3D shapes, investigating which shapes could stack, roll and slide. Through hands‑on play and discussion, the children developed their understanding of how shapes behave and what makes them different.
To finish their learning, the children showed great creativity by building their own 3D shapes.
