Our P7 class enjoyed a brilliant experience at the One-Walls as Paul Callaghan from Ulster GAA led a wheelchair football session.
As part of Feeling Safe Week, the children explored themes of inclusivity, respect, and understanding in a hands-on and engaging way. It was heart-warming to see how quickly they embraced the challenge and how much admiration they showed for the skill, determination, and positive attitude of those who use a wheelchair every day.
The session was a powerful reminder of the importance of valuing and celebrating everyone’s abilities.
